Return Policy

The customer may return the purchased products within 15 calendar days from receipt of the order.

For a return to be accepted, the product must be in its original condition: unopened, unused, and with its original packaging in perfect condition. The corresponding refund will be issued once the returned product has been received at our warehouse and verified to be in optimal condition. If the product does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return and issue a refund.

The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to an error on the part of the company or a defective product.
