Refund policy

The customer may return purchased products within 15 calendar days of receiving the order.

For the return to be accepted, the product must be in its original condition, unopened, unused, and with its original packaging in perfect condition. The corresponding refund will be issued once the returned product has been received at our warehouse and verified to be in optimal condition. If the product does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return and issue a refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to an error on the part of the company or a defective product.
